Whole.

I never thought a whole tomato for lunch could be earth shattering until I paired one with mozarella, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and s&p. Throw on a piece of crusty baguette to mop up the juices and you have perfection on a plate. It’s November and the thought of waiting 8 months for fresh tomatoes makes me sad to my bones.
