Grace and Glory

Sunday  Another wonderful Dan Forrest arrangement, this time of the hymn “God of Grace and God of Glory” for choir and organ.  It’s an incredibly beautiful accompaniment score (that’s what you get when the composer is actually an accompanist) and I really appreciate the restraint employed on the first three verses. This hymn is often blasted at full volume and I love the reflective quality that Forrest creates which beautifully frames the text.
